Planning Tool

Estimate site-level economics using transparent assumptions for payer mix, procedure volume, staffing, overhead, and coverage variability. This tool does not guarantee coverage, payment, profitability, or legal compliance.

The Practice Planning Scenario Tool helps healthcare organizations evaluate operational and financial assumptions associated with implementing an MRI service. The tool uses user-provided inputs and publicly available reimbursement information where applicable. Results are estimates only and do not guarantee coverage, coding, payment, profitability, patient volume, or compliance. All imaging must be medically necessary, ordered and billed consistent with payer requirements, performed within the device's cleared indications, and reviewed under applicable federal and state laws.

Reimbursement data sourced from 2026 CMS Physician Fee Schedule national unadjusted rates. Commercial payer amounts are user-entered estimates. Actual allowed amounts vary by locality, payer, and contract. Rate data expires December 31, 2026.
